Upcoming software that works 24/7 to suit your business
Overall, Quipli is a very easy team to work with and a very rare type of company that truly works with you to help you succeed and set up your platform. If you like having options for how your platform works, and you like to customize things without hiding options from you, then this is the platform to go with.
ADVANTAGE
My favorite thing about this software is its complexity, you can go into as much detail as changing every single SEO setting for each product. This software has so much customization that you can really tailor things to how your business works. The customer service team/representatives are really easy to work with and are constantly improving and adding software. For me, it makes the whole experience so much more immersive, and I love knowing that I can influence the product based on what I ask.
DISADVANTAGES
For me there are no downsides as the missing little things will be developed and added soon.
Reason to choose Quipla
Other companies either had really high implementation fees or didn't have real-time tracking, which had a big impact, but for the most part I didn't feel like they wanted to grow with us and we were stuck with what their system looked like. Quipli won me over with the way their representative spoke to me and how I felt we would grow with them as a company and create a long term relationship.

ADVANTAGE
Almost everything. Easy operation. How quickly do I get help? The systems give us the almost flawless opportunity to run a company completely contactless. Everything is very simple and gives us everything we need.
DISADVANTAGES
The price is probably the only thing I could complain about. As a brand new company, any fixed costs that are higher costs are scary. But we justify it because we get so much.
Reason to choose Quipla
Because they integrated everything for us. and they offered almost everything on one platform. Unlike others, we need multiple work platforms to work contactless.

Using Quipli for a small family rental shop
Our business problem that we solved using Quipla was having a system to track our inventory. It eliminated all paperwork and filing since everything is online.
ADVANTAGE
This product not only provides us with software that stores all our products online for easier management of all our products, but also provides us with a website linked to the same software. The price of Quipli is worth what you spend for what you get! For us this was a big seller as we are a small family business just starting out with a few appliances and trailers. This system provides a back-end program that is somewhat user-friendly, but it also provides a website that links directly to the back-end program. Quipli also offers 24/7 support for all issues and this support is phenomenal! Everyone on their team that I have spoken to is very friendly and knowledgeable about this software. Their response time is also very efficient.
DISADVANTAGES
Integration between Quipli and Quickbooks is still lacking and some of them have very limited guidance for faster and easier integration. Additionally, Quipli currently does not allow you to edit invoices after confirming the order. This can be difficult to get around depending on certain circumstances that change daily for the tenant and the public. Another part of the system that I currently love but hate is how and where you pay for your order. I like that we can require a credit card to be registered before ordering, but the card is automatically charged without being notified that "authorization" of the order is automatically charged to the card. The place to choose payment in person and then actually switch cash/check as a payment option is not close to each other. I went to pay in person by adding customer details, updating the invoice and then committing the order which then automatically charges the card as the choice of cash or check is under all these fields.

Price was the most important thing for us, but Quipli also seemed to fit our small business and its needs.

It was great and as they continue to develop and improve I think it will only get better.
ADVANTAGE
Ability to send the offer and accept it at a later time (with minimal effort on my part) after the potential client has had time to discuss with partners or family.
DISADVANTAGES
Rental does not appear to be going out, at least not for a longer period (the example dashboard only shows the order for today and tomorrow) The dashboard must also show rent for the coming week and month in order of choice of working hours. This would help with scheduling and workers maintaining and preparing leases in sequence. When you sort them [orders] and click to see which units you have assigned an order, it resets the [orders] order back to default and can be tedious when trying to look at order details for multiple orders in chronological order. This is often necessary when a piece of equipment is lost due to damage or breakage, regeneration issues, etc. A replacement must be found. It would also be useful to know which units are in order, not just how many, without having to click the order.

Easy-to-understand Americans answer the phone and communicate with you via video. There are also many software options that allow it to be used in a wide variety of business applications.
